We are delighted to announce that we are now in a position to offer the facility for parents and carers to make payments online for school activities such as school dinners, school trips, playgroup and after school / holiday clubs.
The office staff have spent an immeasurable amount of valuable time on collecting and keeping track of what payments have been received for the numerous events that take place. This, combined with the burden that you may endure in either finding the correct change or writing a cheque to pay for your child’s activities can at times be frustrating.
Our new Schoolmoney.co.uk facility will allow for both parties to experience a more streamlined, cost-effective and efficient payment collection system in a secure and safe environment.
From time to time you will receive a text message from the school inviting you to access a website as an option to make a payment for an activity. We would appreciate your support in this matter.
To ensure that we all experience maximum benefit from this service, we would ask all parents to notify us if you have recently changed your mobile number and/or email address.
Payments for Extra Nursery Sessions and After-School Club.
We do not send out paper invoices for Extra Nursery Sessions and After-school club sessions. Instead, you will receive a text message or email asking you to access Schoolmoney.co.uk when a payment is due.
If you have any problems accessing Schoolmoney.co.uk please contact the school office so we can help you with this. We have a Guide for Parents available to download from the school website or paper copies are available to pick up from the school office.
If you are unable to access the internet and need to make payments by cheque or cash please hand these into the school office in a named envelope stating what the payment is for. If you pay by childcare vouchers we will allocate these to your account once we have received a payment notification from the childcare voucher provider.
Please note that sessions should be paid for in advance for the half term and any outstanding half termly balances must be cleared prior to your child attending the following week’s sessions.
